Joseph Branch Railriders is a one-of-a-kind attraction in Eastern Oregon.
These self-powered railroad cars will take you on a scenic trip along the enchanting Wallowa River.
Each railrider unit has four specialized wheels that ride the rails, two adjustable seats, and pedals that propel the unit at your speed. You can go as slow or as fast as you’d like.
You’ll pedal past green pastures, charming farms, and snow-capped mountain peaks.
This track was once used to transport lumber, cattle, grain, and passengers to La Grande and beyond.
Today, the decommissioned track can be traveled by Railrider, giving passengers a special view of the Wallowa Valley.
Cattle and horses are just a few of the friendly animals that you will encounter on your journey.
